Change Management
Management of Change covers all aspects how to make people in organizations adopt positive mindsets and attitudes with
the result that both, the individuals and the organization perform better.
It does not cover issues of environmental conditions for Change e.g. implementing IT-Systems, technical training, knowledge
content, organization, product issues etc., but it relates to attitudes in communication, knowledge transfer, coordination etc.
Our approach contains a change assessment followed by a precise definition of the Change Objective and Change Case before we go
to practical change actions. The Change Case describes measures, desired mindset changes and projected benefits. It also contains
clear business and operational objectives - a condition precedent but not sufficient
For successful change management we focus on three core issues: |

change has to be consistently managed top-down(people have difficulties to change if others, especially their superiors, do not) |

objectives and performance metrics must be just and consistent (people are very sensitive
for justice and consistency in the performance management system) |

behaviour or follow suit, - watch out for the right managers and informal leaders!) |

Coaching and Supervision of Teams and individuals
During organizational change, teams and sometimes individuals need continuous coaching and supervision. The coach and
supervisor has the task to balance emotions, add change management perspectives and sometimes catalyse critical issues
to get clarification faster.

HR Portals and HR Communication
In some and especially in large organizations, HR communication requires an HR Portal, which allows to spread information,
get instant feedback and run HR processes through an internet browser.
While the technical design is an IT issue, the process and organization design is communication and change issue. We can help
to redesign these HR-processses and the organization behind it.
