  We think that Project Management is at first a matter of
personality rather than of methods and tools. Especially in projects
which adress organizational changes, Project Managers must fulfill

motivator to make others follow. At the same time they often have
to cope with a lack of formal power and still achieve their project
objectives. Having good project managers is primarily a matter of
